I started with LYF in the summer of 2015. At that time I was 170 pounds, and floundering with weight loss. I had worked with a few trainers in my area, but had limited success…. I found with other mentors I had to either be on a deprivation diet, have shakes or pop pills to lose weight. Amy had a refreshing approach that involved REAL food, exercise and Amy also pinpointed a few other areas I could work on. With Amy’s help in my formal sessions, emails and answering my ‘omg what do I do’ texts, I lost weight and inches and I have learned to work out smarter and relax with food choices…. My weight loss journey is far from over, but I know I have Amy cheering me on and she is always there provide help and encouragement 🙂
